| Harper Mountain Ski Club (HMSC) is a not-for-profit society dedicated to providing young children with developmental alpine ski coaching. HMSC is located at the family owned and operated Harper Mountain Resort. |
| The Harper Mountain Ski Club offers the Rio Tinto Alcan Nancy Greene Ski League. RTANGSL focuses on the FUNdamental stages in ski racing for children between 5-11 years of age. Ski Club members will be introduced to basic skiing techniques and skill including: agility, balance, coordination, strength and speed. Our goal is to have fun on skis in a whole mountain alpine environment. |
Enhancing the RTANGSL is the Husky Snow Stars program - a seven level program for children. The seven levels provide a skill building and incremental approach to down hill ski racing. Each level is clearly outlined and safety is paramount. |
