Lodge Rental Fee of $700 plus GST:  Includes the following

• Rental from Friday - Sunday
• Use of the kitchen, including stove, grill, fridge and freezer
• Overnight Camping - no hookups
• Bathrooms (toilet paper, soap)
• Dishwashing facilities
• Use of telephone (local calls only)
• Firewood to heat lodge
• NOT included - cooking untensils, dishes, etc.

The lodge can hold up to approximately 150 guests, or tents can be set up outside in the grassy area in front of the lodge for a larger number of guests.

Harper Mountain Lodge is situated in a ranch style setting. Cattle (owned by others) have grazing rights on the mountain.

Tables sizes in Lodge: 15 - 8' long, 3 - 6" long, 4 - 4" long.

There are several caterers in Kamloops area that will cater at Harper Mountain, or another option is a casual BBQ (bring your own BBQ's)

The area in the front of the fireplace can be set up for food and then tables can be moved for the dance area.

To book, a $200 non-refundable deposit is required to book a date, which will be part of your final payment. A visa imprint will be taken at time of key pick-up as a damage/cleaning deposit.
